Application information and instructions
- The CRISIL jury will thoroughly evaluate all submissions and choose finalists across categories.
- The finalists chosen will be invited to make a presentation in front of the jury.
- Winners will be selected among all the finalists.
- The winner's names will remain a secret to everyone including the sponsors and will be announced in the award ceremony to be held in November.
- The decision of the jury will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
- The awards are open for nominations only for the projects completed between Jan. 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2008.
- This will also include those projects which were physically completed in 2008 and obtained occupancy certificate before March 2009.
- Developers should submit completed applications to CNBC AWAAZ / CRISIL, postmarked no later than 31st October 2009.
- You can nominate only one project per form. You may nominate as many projects as you wish, for which separate forms need to be filled. The forms can also be downloaded from realestate.moneycontrol.com
- The project should comply with all regulatory requirement.
- CRISIL/Network18 will not bear any responsibility of transporting the winners.
- Winners give their consent to CRISIL/Network18 or both to use the winner's name, for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever.
Guidelines for successfully completing an awards application:
- Most developers adopt newer and better corporate and project practices with every latest project they undertake, accordingly, these awards are for best projects undertaken by the developers. The awards are given to developers for specific projects.
- Photographs or other details of the project are welcome.
- Please provide a write-up with specific illustrations/case studies/examples in support of your entry.
- Finalists will be notified in the month of November and an Awards jury member may contact them to schedule on-site visits, if required. CRISIL Ratings may request additional information about the project at that time.
Guidelines for successfully completing an awards application:
- CRISIL/Network18 reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
- CRISIL & Network18 reserve the right to alter the dates and venue at any time without prior notice.
- Teams of two or three jury members may visit each finalist project.

CRISIL Ratings and CNBC AWAAZ should not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customers who use these awards as a benchmark for decision making.
